Thank you to everyone
who supported the 1st Annual Rhody's Run for the Troops.
It was a fantastic day with beautiful weather and a
great sense of community. Special thanks to our
military families who came out to support us. We
admire your sacrifice and we appreciate all you do for
us.
On a personal note, one of the highlights for us was
to finally meet Capt Laurie
Ludovici and her family. Laurie fired the
starting gun. She has been our contact in Iraq
since April and has been deployed in Iraq for one year.
She is home for 2 weeks of R&R and will return to Iraq
for 4 more months.

Total amount of money raised for the entire day:

This total is incredible to us. It almost equals
what we have raised for the last 11 months and ensures
we will be able to send over packages for many months to
come. It also enables us to gear up for a big
holiday package for the troops!!
