We are happy to announce registration has opened for the 2010 Rhody's Run for the Troops. This will be the sixth annual race. We've always been lucky enough to have fantastic weather so we expect the same this year! This race is a day to celebrate the military heroes in our community. YOu will see old friends and make new ones as well. After the 5k race, we have a free cookout, raffle and fun kids races. We hope to see you there.


We recently sent out 10 IPOD Nanos with 8 GB of memory for storage of over 1000 songs and video. They are all engraved with a message of thanks on the back. Each IPOD was sent with a $25 gift card. IPODs are one of the most requested items. Our soldiers often express a desire to have some quiet time to listen to music or watch shows during their downtime. Thanks to all of your generosity and support of Pack It Up, we were able to send these items to our troops in Afghanistan.
