Pack It Up is a 501(c)(3) organization.  Our EIN # is
43-2087826.

This website is dedicated to the memory CPL Brian M Kennedy, USMC.

Welcome to the Pack It Up website.  Pack It Up was formed in 2004 as a charitable non profit organization, and is registered in Massachusetts with the Secretary of State and the Attorney General's Office. It is also classified as a 501(c)(3) charity under the Internal Revenue Service.

At Pack It Up, our mission is to make sure our troops who are stationed overseas know without a doubt that those of us back home are thinking of them, hoping and praying for their safe return.  We send over care packages to our contacts who distribute what we send to all the troops.  During the month, we raise as much money as we can and then we ship overseas whatever items the troops have requested during that month.

All members of Pack It Up serve on a voluntary basis, receiving no salary, benefits or expenses.

Check out the tabs above for news on our progress, how you can help, letters from our troops and lots more info.  Check out details from the First Annual Rhody's Run for the Troops and the Second Annual Rhody's Run for the Troops and the Third Annual Rhody's Run for the Troops held October 7, 2007, Fourth Annual in 2008, Fifth Annual race in 2009 and Sixth Annual in 2010..

Our 2nd fundraising event (live and silent auction) was a huge success in June 2006, raising over $11,000.

Colonel Larry Gallogly from Snug Harbor, RI wearing his Jr Rams hat that all the kids on his hockey team autographed for him before he left.  He said he wears it on every flight as a good luck charm.  Colonel Gallogly returned from Iraq in February 2005.
